Job Description
HiveLive is seeking an experienced, technically-savvy Account Manager to assist in pre-sales activities and play a key role in launching and supporting new customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the HiveLive product line
- Ensure successful implementation of new HiveLive customers
- Conduct up-to-speed training sessions; provide ongoing customer training and support as necessary
- Manage relationships with existing key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to sell additional professional services and software
- Engage internal team as necessary to support efforts in meeting customer requirements
- Assist the customer in their use, support and implementation of the HiveLive platform
- Communicate product roadmap to customers and gather customer feedback for product development
- Support Sales in the selling process as necessary
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in an Account Management role with a technology company
- Must possess strong technical account management skills
- Experience in an early-stage technology company
- Self-starter; ability to assist in defining processes, customer training materials, and other support materials as needed
- Strong oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills
- Bachelors degree, especially in computer or technical related fields is required
- Knowledge / experience in the areas of web development, including experience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) is desirable
- Experience presenting in front of groups, including conducting training courses to customers
